Access an Active Account

• To access an active account, go to the FMSF home page (https://fmsf.firenet.gov/fmsf_ui/) and click Login. 

• This will redirect to the Wildland Fire Application Portal for multifactor authentication.  Authenticate using the appropriate method for the email associated with the FMSF account.

  • If the email account is from the U.S. Department of Agriculture (e.g., @usda.gov) or U.S. Department of Interior (e.g., @nps.gov) select the Government/e-Authentication option.

  • If the email is not from the U.S. Department of Agriculture or U.S. Department of Interior select the Public Partners/Login.gov option. 

• Once authentication is completed at the Wildland Fire Application Portal, it will redirect back to the FMSF.

• Click the My Account button to see the Dashboard and navigate to other account management pages.

  • Non-approved accounts will not be accessible, and a warning will appear at this stage.
